Stoicon-X Hannover 2023 will take place on 28th October in the “Haus der Religionen”, a learning center for interreligious and cultural education (https://www.haus-der-religionen.de/de), which is going to support the event together with Humanistischer Verband Deutschlands/Niedersachsen.
This year we´re happy to have Prof. Dr. Stefan Dienstbeck as key speaker. He will talk about Stoic anthropology and its implications for putting the philosophy into practice.
In a second part we will have a fish bowl with different members of Haus der Religionen and the audience discussing the potential of certain aspects of Stoic anthropology and cosmology within religious and non-religious settings.
