STOIC WEEK is coming up this October, running from Monday, October 24 – Sunday, October 30 this time around. If you’re new to Stoic Week, it is precisely what it sounds like, an entire week oriented and organized around Stoic philosophy! And if you’re one of the thousands of people who return every year to participate in Stoic Week, we’re happy to welcome you back!
Stoic Week offers an opportunity to practice Stoicism over the space of seven days, incorporating Stoic insights, techniques, concepts, and practices into your life, seeing whether this makes any difference in the quality of your life (most participants report that it does).
Stoic Week is an entire online course, structured around daily readings and practices. It is also a great way to get to know and interact with other people interested in and practicing Stoic philosophy. The theme this year is “Stoicism and Well-Being”
This marks the tenth year that we at Modern Stoicism are offering the Stoic Week course. It’s also the tenth year for the big annual STOICON conference. If you’d like to register for Stoic Week, or you’d just like to find out more about it, here’s the place to go! You can also check out this page discussing the history and purposes of Stoic Week as well.
